⚡🇮🇱🇺🇸 Israel's Ministry of Defense and the Pentagon have signed an agreement to purchase 12 Apache helicopters manufactured by the American company Boeing for the Israeli Air Force.
Under the agreement, the security system will receive 12 Apache combat helicopters manufactured by Boeing. The helicopters, which will be delivered in the early next decade, are of the AH-64E model — the most advanced version of the helicopter.
Israel's Ministry of Defense stated that the agreement was reached as a result of joint efforts by the Israeli and American sides, taking into account the needs of the State of Israel and the complex budgetary constraints it currently faces. The development of the agreement and the budget model for its implementation were led by the Ministry of Defense delegation in the US and the Ministry's Budget Department.
