🇮🇷🇺🇸 The USS Boxer (LHD-4), a Wasp-class amphibious assault ship of the U.S. Navy, is currently operating in the western Pacific near Guam, en route to Western Asia as part of Operation Epic Fury. The ship departed San Diego in mid-March carrying approximately 2,500 personnel from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).

As a Wasp-class LHD, Boxer provides a full spectrum of expeditionary capabilities, supporting F-35B STOVL Multirole Fighters, MV-22 Ospreys, rotary-wing aviation, landing craft, and embarked Marine forces for amphibious and ground operations.

Arrival in CENTCOM waters is expected in late April, likely between April 23–28, where it will reinforce U.S. expeditionary posture alongside the already deployed USS Tripoli (LHA-7).
