If a EU country would like to deport Arab migrants back to the Middle East, the authoritarian governments in the region may be sufficient grounds (denial of the right of freedom of expression or freedom of assembly), after this decision, to stop the deportation altogether, no matter if the migrant on the deportation list is a danger to society or not.

The ruling of the CJEU cannot be appealed nor overturned.
