On 18 November 1962, Major Shaitan Singh (PVC) and the 120 brave soldiers of C Company, 13 Kumaon, fought a battle that became legendary in Indiaโs military history. At nearly 17,000 feet, facing bone-chilling winds, freezing temperatures, and limited equipment, they stood firm by the Indian Army ethos -โLast bullet, last breath; the post will not be abandoned, not an inch of ground will be lost.โ
Outnumbered many times over by Chinese forces, they refused to retreat and chose supreme sacrifice over surrender.
Today, we remember and honor those immortal heroes with deep respect and gratitude. ๐๐ผ

Jasir Bilal Wani, alias Danish, a resident of Kashmir, was arrested from Srinagar, and investigations have revealed that Jasir had allegedly provided technical support for carrying out terror attacks by modifying drones and attempting to make rockets ahead of the terror attack.
Jasir has been an active co-conspirator behind the attack and had worked closely with the bomber, Umar un Nabi, to plan the terror carnage.

A total of 10 accused have been charge-sheeted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection with the trafficking of a minor Bangladeshi girl from across the eastern border into Odisha.
In its chargesheet filed before its special court in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the agency has charged the accused for luring the girl with the promise of employment and then pushing her into immoral trafficking to make money.
The accused had taken advantage of her familyโs poor financial condition to execute the trafficking operation, NIA found during investigation, which exposed a major human trafficking network.
