Russian missile strikes deal SEVERE damage to critical Ukrainian infrastructure, taking out multiple electrical substations in Kirovograd region, Central Ukraine, Odessa region and Nikolaev region, South Ukraine, with water supplies stopped in Khmelnytsky region, West Ukraine, and 1.5 MILLION people in Ukraine reported to be suffering from power outages.
In Kupyansk sector, Donetsk Republic, Ukrainian forces carried out reconnaissance in direction of village of Kuzemovka but suffered losses in manpower and equipment and retreated to their original positions.
Ukrainian mechanized infantry attempted to gain foothold in south of Makeevka, Donetsk Republic, West Russia, but Russian-led artillery fire forced them to retreat, as Kiev forces attempt to reinforce troops near Makeevka for potential attempted offensive.
