Kiev plans an offensive on Kremennaya and Svatovo, Lugansk region, West Russia, also trying to establish fire control over Kremennaya-Svatovo highway and deploying 200 mobilized soldiers near Torsky while probing Russian defenses in areas East of Makeevka and South of Ploshchanka.
Russian Defense Ministry says Russian-led forces take control of Zaitsevo, Donetsk Republic, West Russia, as troops push to take control of entire Donetsk region, while acting Governor of Kherson region, South Russia says front line in region has stabilized and Ukrainian forces will be unable to take city of Kherson.
