Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Chief Pushilin submits DRAFT LAW to DPR Parliament to hold referendum on joining Russia from September 23 to 27 2022, saying "the Donbass is RETURNING HOME!"
Earlier, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) also announced referendum to join Russia to be held in LPR from September 23 to September 27 2022.
UPDATE: Pushilin contacts Putin with request to consider issue of DPR joining Russia, to prepare for possible decision by DPR people to join with Moscow in referendum.

Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) will retain its name if it joins Russia, but constitution will be changed, there is NO DOUBT that people of DPR will vote to JOIN Russia, and residents of parts of DPR TEMPORARILY occupied by Kiev will still be able to vote on territory which has already been liberated - DPR Chief Pushilin.
