Israel and partner-in-crime US FAILED to recover prisoners without a deal, failure to end the resistance; to displace people outside Gaza

1. President Trump declares the end war in Gaza, and parties commit to implementing required steps.
2. The war will cease immediately upon approval by Israeli government, including suspension of military operations, bombings, and attacks. Within 72 hours, aerial surveillance will also be suspended in areas from which the IDF withdraws.
3. Humanitarian aid will be immediately delivered to Gaza according to the proposal and subject to the agreement of January 19, 2025. The IDF will withdraw to the agreed lines within 24 hours of the declaration and government approval and will not return to these areas as long as Hamas complies with the agreement.
4. Within 72 hours of the IDF withdrawal, Hamas will release all Israeli captives – alive and dead:
a. Hamas will begin collecting information about the captives and transfer it through the information-sharing mechanism. Israel will provide information about Palestinian detainees from Gaza.
b. Hamas will release all living captives, including those held by other factions.
c. Hamas will transfer the bodies of deceased captives in its possession and those held by other factions.
d. Hamas will provide information about deceased captives, and Israel will provide information about bodies of Palestinians from Gaza.
e. An information-sharing mechanism will be established through mediators and the Red Cross for identification and return of all bodies.
f. Upon release of all captives, Israel will release Palestinian prisoners according to agreed lists.
g. The exchanges will be conducted through mediators and the Red Cross, without publication or media coverage.
5. An international task force (USA, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, and other countries) will oversee the implementation of the agreement and coordinate between the parties.
