The Russians did launch a missile, the capabilities of which we did not know. It is an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying nuclear warheads. I do not want to bore anyone with technical parameters, but I have familiarized myself with such a nuclear warhead & would not want anyone to drop it.... It has such destructive power!
