💰🇩🇪GERMANY RUNS OUT OF MONEY FOR UKRAINE: Berlin's out of cash for Kiev as all money allocated in budget dries up and official BAN put in place to prevent German Defense Ministry from giving Mad Vlad Zelensky any new toys.
