Serebryakov tried to kill Deputy Chief of satellite comms center in #Moscow called Andrey Torgashov - instead he blew up car of another soldier with exact same name, wounding him and his wife before fleeing abroad.
#Kiev immediately denied it had anything to do with attempted assassination, but given Serebryakov's complete failure it's possible they've just lost their most competent agent...
