The move will effectively prohibit Sberbank clients from receiving money from abroad or transferring their own funds to banks in other countries.

NAZI REBRANDING: The Ukrainian military’s infamous Azov Battalion, whose founding emblem was based on the Nazi German “Wolfsangel” icon, has now switched over to a more palatable trident symbol widely used by the Ukrainian state.
Western media outlets, which broadly support the Ukrainian government in its conflict against Russia, were quick to dish out praise for Azov, officially part of Ukraine’s armed forces.
The rebranding follows the battalion’s crushing defeat earlier this month in Mariupol, Donetsk region, as thousands of Azov troops surrendered to Russian-led forces.
