Putin has been threatening NATO allies since the very beginning of the conflict in Ukraine, the day before February 24 he gave a speech in which he threatened any ally supporting Ukraine, but we did not listen to him, if we were restrained by this message, then we could not provide no support – Stoltenberg says.

On the day of the beginning of the Special Operation (24.02.22), it was imperative for Putin to formalize his objectives in a speech. Those objectives were to 1) Defend Donbass 2) Demilitarize Ukraine & 3) Denazify Ukraine.

He warned external powers that all possible scenarios have been calculated and responses to them pre-determined, should anyone choose to interfere with the accomplishment of given objectives.

That is not the same as "threatening NATO allies."

Read that again: Journalists will be detained by Europol.

But wait there's more - the names of journalists to be prosecuted are not disclosed, so a person may travel to said European country, unaware that there is an arrest warrant out for them.

The foundation says they are "the most obvious Russian propagandists, the most prominent among them" but will not name who.
