◼️Commit to “permanent neutrality”, renouncing membership in any military bloc (right pic).
◼️Ban "fascism, Nazism and aggressive nationalism" by law.
◼️Never acquire nukes and never allow foreign troops in country or conducting military drills with foreign states.
Anonymous member of Ukrainian delegation at time admits it was "best deal we could have had":
Ukraine was in stronger negotiating position then than it is now. If costly war could have been ended after around 2 months, it would have saved countless lives and spared lot of suffering - German presstitutes confess.
