🇫🇷 Earlier, Prez Macron said that nothing is ruled out, in terms of sending French troops to Ukraine, before unleashing a wave of criticism on himself.

Macron's Napoleonic ambitions are ludicrous - while NATO mercenaries do operate in Ukraine, to send the French Armed Forces is to start WWIII. Lavrov has no reason nor time to explain the ABCs.
