Reports: This particular Il-76 has always delivered Ukrainian prisoners to the border, so it flew freely from a closed airport.

On this aircraft, Ukrainian prisoners were transported for exchange 3 weeks ago, when 173 Ukrainians were exchanged for 248 Russian soldiers.

⚡️A SECOND Il-76 aircraft with 80 Ukrainian POWs on board was turned around, following crash of 1st military plane - Russian MP Kartapolov, a native of former GDR (East Germany).

The IL-76 was shot down by a German-made Patriot or Iris T missiles, Kartapolov says.

Arestovich, who fled abroad, continues to safely suffer truth turettes now that he's out of Ukraine.
