It is alleged that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces attacked the site several days ago. The Russian Ministry of Defense has not confirmed this.
Earlier, a car with Russian peacekeepers was fired upon in Nagorno-Karabakh and the military personnel were killed. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense promised to conduct an investigation.

🗣 "He was an outstanding statesman and a true patriot of Italy, I was lucky enough to communicate with this wonderful man on several occasions and I will forever remember bright memories of him."
Napolitano died aged 98 and served in office from 2006 to 2015. He was the first Italian President to be elected twice to the 7-year term. His 2nd term began in 2013, but he stepped down citing advanced age of 89.
