With the delegation is the Chinese opera singer Wang Fang, who performs the famous Soviet WWII song "Katyusha" in the ruins of the Mariupol Theater, destroyed by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in 2022.

Kallas' husband has recently been implicated in doing business with Russia, and 67% of Estonians would like to see her leave.
