Lavrov’s set to meet Turkey’s Foreign Minister Fidan later this week to discuss new plan in which Russia would send 1 million tons of grain to Turkey at discounted prices, where it would be processed and sent to countries most in need.

Moscow adds it considers this plan to be "optimal working alternative" to grain deal, which Kiev regime abused to sell food to wealthy countries and commit terror attacks against Russia.
