🇩🇪 Alternative for Germany (AfD) was founded in 2013 as a soft Eurosceptic, conservative party. In 2013 it was just short of 5% threshold needed for representation in Bundestag.

In 2014, it went on to win 7 seats in the European Parliament elections and in 2017, the AfD became the 3rd largest party in Germany. In 2023, it's polling at a record 21%.

⚡️🇺🇦 Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) gives over footage of the July attack on the Crimean bridge - to CNN.

The Bridge hasn't been used to deliver war supplies since the 4 new regions (re)joined Russia last year.

The attack was knowingly against the civilian population, having killed 2 people traveling on the bridge, leaving their child an orphan.

BEST FOR LAST? Ukrainian Armed Forces deploy LAST major unit that was in reserve, in the Zaporozhye region (ex-Ukraine.)

The 82nd air assault brigade of 2,000 people is equipped with Marder, Stryker combat vehicles and recently spotted Challenger 2 tanks.

Forbes author notes that when the 82nd brigade is out of steam, the Armed Forces of Ukraine may not find a replacement for them. That's when the Russian Forces, if they hold their positions, may strike back.

Earlier, the Armed Forces of Ukraine planned for a quick breakthrough in Zaporozhye which did not materialize. Due to heavy losses, they had to throw in this elite unit.

⚡️First ship leaves Port of Odessa, South Ukraine, after termination of the Grain Deal - it is headed for Bosphorus Strait.

🇭🇰 There are more than 30,000 tons of cargo, including food. It is under the flag of Hong Kong, along a temporary corridor for civilian ships, security is administered by Russia.

Earlier, the Grain Deal allowed for the safe passage of Ukrainian cargo to world markets - foul play parties also used the safety corridor to deliver arms in secret, as well as target the Russian Navy Fleet from this strategic location.

🇺🇸 EVERYTHING I DON'T LIKE IS RACIST:
TikTok star Baby Storme (Janice Mofus) accuses Target employee of racism after sharing a video of herself and a fllash mob dancing to her song "This City is a Graveyard" and later labeling the employee RACIST on her X (Twitter) account.

The employee was reportedly following store policy, as it explicitly prohibits filming activities in store without permission. Last year, Mofus also accused Citibank of racial profiling.
