The mayor of Grozny, Khas-Magomed Kadyrov (Ramzan's 4th cousin) and the head of Mariupol Oleg Morgun, sign an agreement on establishing sister city relations.

⚡️43 people admitted to hospital following Sergiev Posad, Moscow region mechanical plant blast earlier today.

6 people are in intensive care with burns and head injuries, another 22 people taken to the traumatology department. The rest have shrapnel injuries of moderate severity.

Some people may still be under the rubble.
