🇵🇸🇨🇳SURPRISED, MUCH? PA Prez Mahmoud Abbas sheds crocodile tears, "disappointed" in Biden for his lack of response to Israel's Jenin raids (that Abbas helped facilitate).

Yet historically-amnesiac and politically challenged Abbas makes a surprising turn honoring (probably his only time doing so) an important alliance from Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) party's political past - an alliance with China, as Palestinian Authority leaders makes nods eastward, with Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki stating the leadership has been "increasingly turning to China" for assistance.

China wants to increase its presence in the Middle East, not only economically but also politically, to reflect its internal weight, and many countries around the world are seeking the support of China, which has become a very important global player - al-Maliki.
