According to the documents Zelensky's inoffensive counteroffensive is failing to make any progress 'cause army is not fully implementing training it receives from the West, with troops spreading out too thinly on the front line and attacking with units composed of a few soldiers (10-30), insufficient to break through Russian lines and turning them into each other's worst enemy under dangers of friendly fire.
Documents also add that soldiers are showing "great learning success" but are let down by their commanders and "considerable deficiencies in leadership" showing “wrong and dangerous decisions.”
