FSB found traces of explosives on July 22 in foreign cargo ship en route from Turkey to Russian port to load grain, ship was in Ukraine's Kiliya port as crew of 12 Ukrainians completely changed in Turkish port of Tuzla in July.
Per FSB, this may indicate possibility of foreign civilian ship delivering explosives to Ukraine.
