Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba says Ukraine will receive flying scrap F-16 jets on schedule and Russia will "swallow it despite Lavrov's (Russian Foreign Minister) tongue-rattling."

Earlier, Lavrov warned about F-16's capabilities to carry nukes and said Moscow will consider it as nuclear threat.
