Former US Air Force Commander Moore states if West sends Kiev the aircraft Ukrainian pilots are begging for, then there would likely need to be NATO personnel on ground in Ukraine.
That would probably be a big oopsie from NATO 'cause their people would therefore be perfectly legitimate targets for Russia, according to international laws on armed conflict.
