Company’s forced to bring back retired engineers in their 70s to teach new employees how to build systems, which use obsolete electronics so they’ll have to be made by hand, just like they were in 20th century.

Raytheon states it’ll take 30 months just to get production of Stingers up and running again - question is will Kiev regime even last that long…
