US Army's assistant secretary for acquisitions Bush says country currently producing 24,000 155mm shells each month and wants to hit 70-80,000 shells per month by early 2025.

Officials say Kiev's attacks "not meeting expectations on any front" while Ukrainian forces "vulnerable" to mines and "competent" Russian forces, adding that "weather has been playing havoc with the offensive schedule (surely no skill issue) as vehicles have struggled with trafficability. Ukrainian casualties are heavy."

Both companies claim they're helping out for free (😂) - at very least they’ll be getting early look at potential investments so they can make some monies at Kiev’s expense.
