☔️NO CAPACITY says Kiev as its own officials admit that country simply isn't capable enough to handle large amounts of money but claim it's not due to corruption (🙂 whatever helps them sleep) with head of Ukraine's Restoration and Infrastructure Development Mustafa Nayyem confirming "largest amount of money we have been capable of working with was $6bn a year in 2014."

Nayyem asks Western investors not to worry about Ukrainian corruption at all and that "we cannot punish the whole country just because some people are corrupt."

Fun fact about Mustafa Nayyem is that he was instrumental in sparking Western-backed coup in Ukraine in 2014 as it was after Nayyem's Facebook post more than 1500 people, number that quickly turned into 100,000s, showed up in Kiev to "protest."
