He also adds Russia is finding a way to respond to the deployment of the US Military in Finland.

UPDATE: Russian parliament adopted a law on the denunciation of the CFE Treaty, signed in 1990. Russia can produce any number of weapons without being in violation of an arms reduction treaty with Europe, who themselves are largely funding and arming Ukraine.
