PREACHING IMMIGRATION EVERYWHERE yet suddenly on their turf, its time for Ukrainians to GO BACK HOME as EU governments consider paying refugees to return as the financial burden of incentivizing their repatriation when their temporary protection status ends is evidently less costly than keeping them in host countries, with one strategy mulling over expanding social benefits to Ukrainians deciding to return.

Ukrainians in other European countries enjoy benefits of temporary protection status until March 2024, but that interim protection may be extended further until March 2025.
