Prystaiko believes Kiev’s bound to join NATO sooner or later due to its "success" against Russia (new Russian regions beg to disagree), claiming that Ukraine’s military knows how to fight against Moscow so needs to become part of military bloc.

Maybe sending his own kids to front lines will sort out his holier-than-thou attitude.

◾️ Russian forces thwart Ukrainian army attempts to counterattack near Artyomovsk-Bakhmut, Donetsk Republic (DPR, ex-Ukraine), with Airborne troops blocking city from North and South while Russian troops take control of 3 more residential blocks;

◾️ Russian aircraft shoot down 2 Ukrainian MiG-29 and 1 Su-25 fighter jets;

◾️ Over 380 Ukrainian soldiers destroyed by Russian forces in DPR;

◾️ Russian forces thwart actions of 2 Ukrainian army sabotage and reconnaissance groups in Kharkov region (East Ukraine);

◾️ 120 Ukrainian troops destroyed in South Donetsk and Zaporozhye regions (ex-Ukraine).
