The UAE is spearheading efforts for Syria to return to the Arab League, from which it was suspended in 2011 under US pressure.

Lebanon and Yemen were never on board with the suspension, while Qatar opposes the reintegration of Syria. Many other Arab countries have not announced a position.

The soldiers say they have no equipment, no reconnaissance, no communication and no evacuation procedures - they're MEAT for the grinder.

At 2:30 the man notes the team isn't young and they can't manage the physical work required to be here - but this is all that's left of Ukraine's army. Better yesterday, but isn't NOW a good time to lay down arms?

◾️ Course of US towards a reckless escalation of Ukrainian conflict fundamentally changed the entire security situation for Russia.

◾️US should have previously negotiated the elimination of Russian concerns about START, now this is no longer possible.

◾️In determining the fate of START, Moscow will take into account the ability US, France, and UK to jointly use nuclear potentials against Russia.
