🗣We can’t get between the ears of the Russian pilot and know what the intent was there in terms of striking the drone. It’s just – I don’t know that we’ll ever know. What we do know, and what is clearly evident, is this was intentional harassment - US National Security Council spokesman Kirby.

Cleverly is set to give $12 million to "support economic reforms" in Moldova and "strengthen security of elections in Georgia."
