MOVING TARGET: Ukraine's allies fear that stocking up Ukraine like NATO's powder keg is becoming more of a LIABILITY than asset for Kiev, as the deliverily of spare parts, armored vehicles, and fuel is rendering Kiev's army a moving TARGET for Russia.

Kiev resorts to sourcing weapons from NATO-nation warehouses, away from the conflict zone, yet who knows when it's the allies who will find themselves in the crosshairs?
