◾️There are no plans for peace negotiations with Ukraine, given it is forbidden by law there to conduct a dialogue with the Russian Federation there;

Foreign Policy publishes unconfirmed information that Turkey has been sending "improved, dual-use ammunition” to Kiev since November 2022.

These munitions are designed to destroy tanks - they break into smaller munitions, which can remain on the battlefield for years, long after a conflict. Each projectile scatters about 88 bombs.

There are 100+ signatories to the international Convention on the Prohibition of Cluster Munitions - however, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, and the US are not party to it.
