◾️There are no plans for peace negotiations with Ukraine, given it is forbidden by law there to conduct a dialogue with the Russian Federation there;

◾️ Ukrainian intelligence is spreading rumours that men won't be able to leave the Russian Federation from January 9;

◾️The countries of the collective West, led by the United States, continue to pump weapons into Ukraine, but stocks are being depleted;

◾️Ukraine is suffering from the "sickness of corruption", and the flow of funds sent by the West is clearly not only for its intended purpose;

◾️Russian Federation has not yet faced oil price caps - Kremlin is skeptical about attempts to calculate losses;

◾️Kremlin is monitoring situation where Turkey allegedly has been supplying cluster munitions to Kiev since November 2022;

◾️ Sending UN peacekeepers to Karabakh (disputed territory between Armenia and Azerbaijan) is on the agenda, but only with consent of all sides of the conflict.
