You must feel it to heal it
This is a lesson learned through yogic practice
We try to ignore, suppress, forget pain and trauma
Weโre afraid of it rising back up the surface to hurt us again
But the body stores the energy of these emotions
Especially deep in the connective tissues
So, in the long posture holds of yin yoga
As this fibrous web releases
So does the energy
In the posture
You remember things you thought youโd forgotten
And face the things you wish you had
But you realize it never hurts as much the second time
As the pain and trauma releases
You get lighter and freer
You must feel it to heal it
And thereโs no need to be afraid
This is a lesson learned through yogic practice

All that manifests within the whole universe is but a dream. This dream consists of all the hundreds of things that sprout up ever so clearly.
It is the very moment when we are about to give rise to doubt, the very moment when we are confused.
This moment is, say, a sprouting up of the dream, a sprouting up within the dream, and a sprouting up that gives expression to the dream.
In exploring this through our training, we find that the roots and stalks with their branches and leaves, and the blossoms and fruits with their lustrous colors and forms altogether comprise the great dream.
