C- Cyclophosphamide / Cephalosporin
M- Methotrexate
A- Amiodarone
N- Nitrofuranton
S- Sulfasalazine

بالإضافة إلي GP😁 اللي هما ال Gold وال pencillamine D و هادو أدوية قديمة كانت زمان تستخدم لعلاج ال Rheumatoid arthritis .

لو فرضاً جتكم حالة لل ER ب Acute exacerbation
of bronchial asthma
و سيناريو الكيس كان كالتالي:-

🔶️a 44 years old female Pt presented with 3 days H/O SOB (Orthopnea , Excertional dysnea) , dry cough
Pt als complains of generalized fatiguability palpitations, and she has hx of Menorrhgia
No H/O of wt loss , changing of bowle habit , melena , BPR
🔶️Chest ausculatation / Ronchi all over the chest bilateral
🔶️Regarding her investigations / hb=5.4 , Wbc=8 , plt=300 , CRP=-ve , ABG=Normal
CXR= No abnormality detected
ECG= Sinus tachycardia ( HR=130 )

9_ Intraabdominal bleeding
10_ Hypothyroidism.
