2_ Infection/ IMN , SBE

🔸️Moderate Splenomegaly
1_Hematoloy causes/ Hemolytic anemia , Lymphomyloproliferatve dis
2_ Portal HTN
3_ Splenic vein thrombosis

🔸️Massive Splenomegaly
1_ Hematoloy causes/ CML , Myelofibrosis
2_ Infection/ Malaria, kalazar
3_ Metabolic/ Caucher disease

فلازم ضمن خطوات الاقزامنيشن تقوله نبي نشوف ال Throat .
