و هني عالاغلب الحالة تكون عندها malignanacy و تلقوها حتى (ecteric )Jundice و Cachixic ، أو تكون حالة Hemolytic anemia

🔸️Mild Splenomegaly
1_Hematoloy causes/ PRV , ITP , Pernicious Anemia
2_ Infection/ IMN , SBE
3_ Autoimmune/ SlE
4_ Amylodosis
🔸️Moderate Splenomegaly
1_Hematoloy causes/ Hemolytic anemia , Lymphomyloproliferatve dis
2_ Portal HTN
3_ Splenic vein thrombosis

🔸️Massive Splenomegaly
1_ Hematoloy causes/ CML , Myelofibrosis
2_ Infection/ Malaria, kalazar
3_ Metabolic/ Caucher disease
