استالینیسم نه روند تکاملی انقلاب اکتبر، بلکه گور کن انقلاب اکتبر بوده است. استالینیسم جشن پیروزی خود را بر ویرانه های انقلاب اکتبر و بر روی استخوانهای کمونیستهای بخون تپیده شده، برگزار کرد. استالین شریفترین، گرامی ترین کمونیستها، سازندگان انقلاب اکتبر را بنام کمونیسم سر بر خاک افکند. تنها پس از آنکه نسلی از کمونیستها به خون غلتیدند، ضد انقلاب توانست خود را تثبیت کند. یکی از گرامیترین اینها آوتیس میکائیلیان (سلطانزاده) بود که نظرات و افکار او همچنان منبع الهام بخش برای پرولتاریا و کمونیستهای انترناسیونالیست است...

سلطانزاده بخاطر دانش مارکسیستی، توانائی به عضویت هیات اجرائیه کمینترن در آمد. از اسناد دومین کنگره کمینترن در سال ۱۹۲۰ میتوان به «انقلاب کارگری و بین الملل کمونیست» اشاره کرد که در آن تاکید شده کمینترن حزب جهانی قیام کارگری و دیکتاتوری پرولتاریا است، امضای سلطان زاده در کنار نام لنین، تروتسکی، بوردیگا، پانکهرست و غیره به چشم میخورد...

The proletariat is a class of migrants. By extension, however, they are also, potentially, the most combative and revolutionary force of the century.
