Responsibilities:
✅Work closely with product managers and developers to gather and understand user requirements.
✅Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
✅Develop user flows, process maps, and interaction designs.
✅Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
✅Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, and visually appealing.
✅Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
✅Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
✅Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders for feedback.

Requirements:
☑️Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
☑️Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.

Technical Skills:
💉Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
☑️Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating visual designs.
☑️Knowledge of responsive design principles.
☑️Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Soft Skills:
☑️Excellent communication and presentation skills.
☑️Ability to empathize with users and understand their needs.
☑️Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
☑️Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred:
Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.
