Looking for Italian players - portals request

Hi guys.
I don’t play Ingress but I play Pokemon Go and I found out that Niantic games are linked. I live in a small town in Italy and I’m looking for someone who could help us creating some portals (pokestop) in real historical places not into games yet.

OPR 24h cooldown - again?

I'm a bit angry, because yesterday, I was doing some OPR and got 24h cooldown. Okay, maybe it was fair, because I am new to OPR and I was 1\* submissions which couldn't be told that the submission is in location shown (no sv, not shown on the satellite, no secondary photo). My upgrade meter is still going up (\~80 points up since yesterday's cooldown) and I'm getting accepted and rejected nominations credited to my profile, so my decisions weren't that off.

My cooldown expired just a few minutes ago. I've happily started reviewing my first submission and what? ANOTHER COOLDOWN... You've be kidding me. Like, seriously, it was a historical shelter plaque on the mountain tourist trail, so it should be accepted. Am I doing something wrong or is the system broken?

I Just Recursed a few Hours Ago. Now I'm Only L4. Any tips/tricks On How I Can Get AP to Get To L16 Again?

Wow! This is fun! Just wondering if anyone knew some tips or tricks that could get me more AP. I am a professional hacker, I know how to microfield and/or Onion Field, know how to upgrade existing Portals, know how to attack high level portals with US/XMP. I also know how to recharge for +20 AP on each resonator. If I'm missing something, please let me know!

Possible passcode interrupts glyph hack?

I just tried to do a complex-key glyph hack but about 2 seconds in I got forced out of the glyph interface and a string that might've been a passcode showed up. (Roughly 10 letters and numbers all caps)
It only showed up for a split second and was in the style of an error message or "portal burned out" message.

Anybody else witness something like this?

How much ram does my phone need for prime?

My current phone has 1gb ram and every time I switch from prime to a different app and then back to prime, I have to reload prime. How much ram would I need to fix this issue?

A Nomination/OPR suggestion

I was thinking about how backlogged OPR is today, and wondered something...

Why doesn't Niantic allow us to remove our nominations?

I'm not sure how much this would help, but surely a LOT of things people submit are things that other people see and think to submit. Then, after the other person's goes through, it's a total waste of your time (slows down progress of your other nominations), a total waste of OPR's time (a quick process, yes, but takes from other portals), and worse, a possible waste of an upgrade that will get nixed instantly.

I literally can't think of a single downside to making this possible. Additionally, it would be nice to have a simple way to track what you have pending on a map similar to the intel map.

A Lot of Agents Outdid Me During Double AP, But I Just Wanted to Say I Recursed And Went from L1 to (Almost) L7 in Less Than 25 Hours!

It was super fun! I blew through so many levels that it was hard to keep up with what gear I needed and didn't need. I'll be L7 tomorrow and I should know what to stock and recycle. I thought I'd get some VR gear but I don't think I did. Maybe I'll get some VR gear when I hit L7 or 8. Anyway, enough about me. How did everyone else do during this little double AP window?
