if a bot has 100,000 users and 1 gets drained, how can you accuse the bot of draining you

i got drained once, some may remember, 100% networth after a year of doing crypto, 50k

i created my PK with a bot called Brownie, imported that PK to metamask, after a year, the bot was dead but they obviously had all the PKs and I had forgotten this PK came from there, so was using it as a bank

and this has happened to lots of people recently, people created their wallets or imported to Magnum Sniper Bot and they're now getting drained
