Paying attention. Usually when markets turn like this, you'll see some runners pop up, but you'll also see an increase in scammers creating tokens because there's finally liquidity being injected back on-chain. Just remember, 99.9% of stuff is worthless and only worth a short-term trade and that there will be a lot more scams to watch out for as the markets improve.
