If you do not care about disk space just install boot-pack
To avoid duplicated files and save disk space:
1. Delete /CM2MT2/boot/ directory
2. Install CM2MT2
3. Install this boot-pack

MDM files are here
We need test-reports with info about original/initial phone firmware version and result after MDM file.
More MDM files will be uploaded only after we will get detailed reports about all previous files.
