We are currently looking for VOLUNTEERS to aid with sorting of donated items 🧸 Do indicate your availabilities within the timeframe of 8 Dec - 15 Dec, and we will be in touch! There is no minimum or maximum duration / number of days - we will be doing sorting on a by-needs basis :)

🎊 Happy 2024 and welcome to a new semester! 🎊 The time has come to give out the donated items to our new users! We are currently LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to help out with our upcoming distribution drives! 📦 Details are as follows:

Dates: 10, 12, 14 & 15 January
Venue: UTown Residences or PGPR
Timing: 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm

Do join us whenever you are free (even if it isn't for the full duration) and feel free to forward this to your friends! ✨ Leave us a comment (in the "Discussion" section below) if you are free to volunteer for ANY of the slots and we will be in touch with you shortly :)

‼️Important Notice‼️

Gentle reminder that our distribution drives are happening this week at 2 different residential locations. Make sure you head to the right location of your reserved bedding!

For UTR: Note that Level 3 Lounge requires residential access - so if you do not stay in UTR, do send a message in the discussion for us to come and get you!

For PGPR: Distribution point at the unused canteen is open access. If there are any issues, do send a message in the discussion!

To note:
❗️Bring your NUS Matric Card and cash/payment methods.
❗️We only accept cash and PayLah/PayNow.

We hear a concern that most exchange students may not have their NUS Matriculation Card when they first reach, in that case, you will just have to bring any identification document, for us to verify your name when collecting your reserved bedding!

Update: For non-residents of UTown Residences heading to UTown distribution location, please send a message in the discussion when you have reached and wait for us outside South Tower Entrance, we will come and pick you up!

For those collecting items from PGP, we will be located at the unused canteen, beside Block 29. Attached is a map for wayfinding :)

After 11am we will be selling all the remaining items to anyone who walks in. If you are looking for bedding items but did not make a reservation, feel free to walk in at 11am!

PGPR: 10am to 12pm, 2pm to 4pm

*UTR closes early at 12pm! There is no more 2-4pm session.
