In The Bible, there are 12 foundation stones for rebuilding New Jerusalem

Revelation 21:19
"The wall of the city was built on foundation stones inlaid with twelve precious stones the first was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, the fifth onyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, the twelfth amethyst."

Interestingly, this list does not have diamond or ruby...

There are also 12 birth stones, quite some fun😊

Two of my favorite stones, both are in The Bible, are semiprecious by gem categorization, but nonetheless, are really precious to me:

February Aquarius' Amethyst
- Deep purple ones, so rich, royal color

August Leo's Peridot
- A brilliant green color, almost neon candy like...
- chrysolite in The Bible
- gemologists call it Olivine
- rich in magnesium and iron, essential minerals for life.
