Kazakhstan has 12% of the world's uranium resources and in 2020 produced about 19,500 tU3O8. In 2009 it became the world's leading uranium producer, with almost 28% of world production. In 2019, Kazakhstan produced 43% of the world's uranium.
Uranium experts expect the price to surge significantly in 2022 as the supply is unlikely to rise anytime soon. But be prepared for volatility.

So it looks like you can take cash to a moneygram ATM and fund your wallet with USDC. (United States Digital Currency). Up to $950.
Then from there you can swap for XLM.
It would be a way to go around moonpay or the banks that haven’t been letting people buy stellar.
